Attended both CCNY & UCONN, Earned a Bachelor of Science,
Pre-Veterinary degree, with credits toward a Masters Degree.
A world renown Breeder of Great Danes since 1968.
Also bred English Cocker Spaniels, Whippets, SharPei & Boxers.
A Professional Dog Show handler & member of the
' PHA' (Professional Handlers Association) since 1976
A conformation show trainer as well as obedience instructor.
The Kennels were built in 1973 with the Great Dane dogs we bred in mind.
Determined to provide the most spacious accomodations for any size dogs.
Aware that most boarding kennels were built to cram as many dogs
into as small a space as possible, our foremost concern was
the comfort & well being of the dogs that would be entrusted to our care.
Since many families have more than one dog, the pet resort was built with
Condos large enough to comfortably house two 180 lb Great Danes, who live at home together.

LUANN:
Former breeder of Top winning American Cocker Spaniels for more than 20 years.
Also bred Miniature Pinschers, Boxers & Persian Cats & most recently, ShihTzu.
Grew up in Franklin Connecticut. Parents had Show Horses, dogs & cats.
A Professional Dog Groomer, Trainer & Professional Dog Show Handler.
Love of animals, led at one time or another, to having
Dogs, Cats, Horses, Fish, Birds, Lizards, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits &
almost any other pet animal you can think of, over the past 25 years

We don't hire minors. Many do not have the sense of responsibility that we demand.
We don't feed foods based on the lowest cost as most kennels do.
Rather, we feed what is best for each individual animal's needs, regardless of cost.
One of us is always on the premises and supervising.
Mike a day person.On from 4-5 AM until 9-10 PM.
LuAnn a nite person. On from 10-11 AM until 4-5 AM.
In 20+ years of marriage, we have not been away together on vacation.
Our sense of responsiblity will not allow us leave Sheridane without
feelings of insecurity, even with well qualified adults on the premises."
